How It Works

DentSafe Air™ uses a unique two-part system of a negative ion generator and a separate set of positively charged collectors. Negatively charged ions flood the room. Positively charged collectors instantly draw dangerous airborne contaminants to the collector, away from people. The result is effective removal of airborne contaminants.

The Ion Generator is typically positioned over the head of the dental chair and collectors are over the feet. This maximizes ions over the patient’s head and around the staff and draws contaminants away from people, to the overhead collectors.
